To be able to cook outside or in the awning, we're building a foldable outdoor kitchen. After a bit of searching, we found a camping cupboard and a gas stove that we could assemble so the whole thing would still be foldable.

We used a camping cupboard from the brand 'Redwood' (De Vrijbuiter) and a gas hob (CAN FRN369) that we found at the shop Obelink.

The top is loose on the frame. In it we saw the cutout for the gas hob.

We covered the underside of the gas hob because that's where the vulnerable pipes and flame protectors are located. A hole is cut into the fabric of the top of the kitchen, into which the gas hob fits perfectly. And to ensure the glass cover doesn't open during transport, we used two super-strong magnets: one on the underside and one with felt padding that accommodates a locking screw for the hole. See the following photos:

The "Redwood camping cupboard" comes standard with a sturdy storage bag with a double zipper.

Even with a gas hob, it still fits in the same bag.
