The flexible water pipes in the Eriba are located in front of the cable ducts. But if we want to lay the table flat on the floor, there's just not enough space. So we lead the water tubes through the cable duct. It immediately looks much neater. We remove the black mounting clips and saw a hole in the cable duct on the right side. The strips of blue insulation are there to be wedged between the hot and cold water tubes to prevent them from transferring their temperature.

The table now fits perfectly flat on the bench's base. By the way, the photo below shows that we also adjusted the divider: this makes the storage space long enough to quickly stow a rolled-up mattress topper.
